— The Voice of the Drought

A digital project that gave voice to a water reservoir’s dry soil on its worst drought.

In 2014, Sao Paulo went through its worst drought. The city’s water reservoirs were on alarming levels and everybody feared for its future. So Akatu Institute and Twitter created a special typeface from the dry soil of the Cantareira System to show the importance of water.
In the project’s website, people could make tweets with the letters to raise awareness about the situation. Visit: avozdaseca.com.br
